Shake Your Trail Feather is an annual festival celebrating the 130-mile-long Bayou Teche National Paddle Trail.
The 10th Annual Festival will take Place on October 16th in scenic Breaux Bridge at Parc du Pont.
Live music in the park start at noon with crowd favorites Stop the Clock (12 to 1:30), Bonsoir Catin (2:00 to 3:30) and Horace Trahan and the Ossun Express (4:00 to 6:00).
The event is free but we encourage you to buy the annual festival pin to show your support for the Bayou Teche Paddle Trail. Included at the park are kids activities, artisans, food and drink, and a Heritage Tent with ecological and cultural speakers. We also plan to have a Best Bird costume contest, so come with your beaks and feathers on!
